Principal of Mattern's Video, Inc., Mr. Mattern brings twenty-six years
of electronic engineering and managerial experience to each of his clients.
For over Twenty Seven years, Mr. Mattern's "hands-on" approach
to project direction has proven successful for corporate, federal, municipal,
legal and private clients alike, ranging from Kaiser Permanente, Target
Corporation and the Beverly Hills Law Guild to the City of Duarte, Johnson
and Johnson and Whittaker Controls. Additionally, Mr. Mattern is quite
accomplished in nearly all aspects of video production and takes projects
from concept through completion. He is also a creative consultant for
numerous industries and has been editing video for over twenty eight
years.
Mr. Mattern has served in various appointed city positions, including
Rosemead's Aesthetic Advisor to Cal Trans, Traffic Commissioner, Thirteen
years as a Planning Commissioner and as Chairman to Rosemead Planning
Commission.
