As a Forensic Video Analyst, I employ the latest state of the art equipment. MVP’s forensic arsenal include two AVID work stations, along with specialized forensic implements such as the dTective family *, dPlex Pro *, DVR dCoder *, Clear ID*, Omnivore*, Cleaner, Photoshop Extended**, After Effects **, Illustrator **, Audition **, Audio Suite ***, Secure View ****, AVID Media Processor and more. These tools allow me to capture, download, study, clarify and enhance the materials without altering the original messages or intent.

A partial forensic clients list include: Los Angeles County Public Defenders, Federal Public Defenders, Riverside County Superior Court, Orange, Pinal County Public Defender (Arizona). Also several law firms and private investigators.

At the present I serve more than sixty cases a year, the majority of which my work material and report stands on its own merit were both sides stipulate to the conclusions. I do provide in court expert witness services when required.

I have enjoyed over twenty six years as an electronic engineer and manager. Much time was spent in the area of research and development along with reliability engineering where I methodically predicted and performed failure modes and mechanisms analysis, also encompassing human factors engineering.

For nearly thirteen years, I had served the City of Rosemead as: Aesthetic Advisor to CalTrans, Traffic Commissioner and Planning Commissioner.

My unique combination of education, training, experience and tools allow me to perform telling unbiased confidential in depth expert analysis of the materials provided. I am also certified by AVID, Ocean Systems and Susteen.
